FileQuick provides free, browser-based file conversion tools including but not limited to: JPG to PDF, PNG to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF to PNG, PDF merging, and PDF compression. All processing occurs locally within your web browser. We do not store, access, or transmit your files to any external server.

You agree to use FileQuick only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Convert, process, or distribute files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Process files containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Automate access to the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure

You are solely responsible for the files you convert using FileQuick. We make no claim to ownership of any files you process through our tools. You represent that you have the right to use and convert any files you upload.

The FileQuick website, its design, and its code are the intellectual property of FileQuick. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

FileQuick is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. File conversion results may vary depending on the input file and browser environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileQuick and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, files, or business opportunities.

FileQuick displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. These ads help us keep the Service free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Your use of FileQuick is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
